Your coffee is Harvested in the mountains of Antioquia, Colombia by small-scale farmers with sustainable processes and Fair Trade certification.

Quality: Coffee takes what is in the environment and transforms it into delightful flavors and smells. Your coffee grows in organic volcanic soil is washed with mountain water and dry by the sun. The beans we roast have been selected carefully and then tasted before we decide to accept them as part of our roasting batches.

Special Process Coffees: In this classification, we have the Honeys, natural, and lactic fermented coffees. These differential processes are a new way to give more value to the small farmers’ time and knowledge. They use science in the search for new flavors in coffee without adding anything extra to achieve the final exotic hints.

They use less freshwater (50 to 70% less) making them environmentally friendly. They are artisanal and take more time (from 2 to 4 times more) to accomplish unique hints and flavors you can feel in the final cup. 

Roasted in origin: Your coffee is selected with the best quality standards and every batch is tested before being roasted at Medellin city, capital of the region.

Session # 1 – Introduction. Awaken your senses

Activating your senses is the main goal of this first session. The analysis of a cup of coffee is carried out by experts with the ability to translate the sensations they experience when tasting coffee, just as it is done with wine! It is professional training that takes a long time to master.

Here you will practice the first steps of that training, these will allow you to enjoy even more each cup of coffee you drink and start discovering the best coffees.

1 hour full of fun and entertainment to awaken your senses and enjoy the flavors and coffee. You do not need previous experience.
